If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48hrs notice.
No Refunds will be issued after booking.
No-shows are required to pay the missed appointment in full before booking in for another treatment with additional booking fee.
Any cancellation will result in the booking fee being kept.
Booking fees may be transferred to a different appointment date if notified 7 days prior to your initial appointment, this will only be allowed once. The amount of the fee will be from £30 to £50 depending on the treatment/ treatments being booked.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.
We require a booking fee at the point of booking your appointment.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
