WILLOWS COSMETICS TRAINING ACADEMY

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Products (which include “Courses”) and use of the Services provided by the Company By accessing and/or otherwise using the Services in any manner, you, therefore, agree that you have read and accepted these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms, without notice, at any time. You understand that your continued use of the Services after these Terms have been modified constitutes your acceptance of these Terms as amended. 

If i believe that the modifications are material, i will notify you of the changes by posting a notice on my Website, or emailing you at the email address provided to me by you, and as i may deem appropriate. What constitutes a material change will be determined by me, at my sole and absolute discretion. 

To obtain a certificate of achievement from Willows Cosmetics Academy, Learners must fulfil the following requirements:

• Completed assignment(s): Learners must complete all assignments and coursework as outlined in the course.
• Successful final assessment(s): Learners must achieve a passing grade on their final assessment(s), which will be based on the course content and learning objectives.

Learners who meet these requirements will be issued a certificate of achievement by Willows Cosmetics Academy. Certificates will be sent to learners via post up to 14 days after they have achieved the qualification.

Courses can and will be adapted to fulfil individual needs, this means timeframes and dates can be emended to ensure the student has adequate learning opportunity's to pass the course.

Some additional training days and discussed hours of home study might need to be completed if the student is not ready to be issued the qualification or safe to complete case study's.

Students have 6 months to complete case study's and complete the assessment criteria set by Willows Cosmetics Academy. 

I reserve the right to not issue any qualification or pass if the student is not competent, safe or a good candidate to perform the treatment of which the course teaches. In this case the at home learning and additional case study's can commence for a further 6 months to obtain the qualification.

IMPORTANT: All course fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. You MUST ensure you are qualified to enrol on this course and have read through the course information in full before proceeding. If you are still unsure whether you are able to enrol on this course, please get in touch with me prior to enrolling. 

Any payments made for bookings are strictly non-refundable and can not be transferred to other bookings. Once materials have been released, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

In the event of cancellation by the individual, the booking fee or full payment is non-refundable unless cancellation is due to illness or other extenuating circumstances, as determined by my sole discretion.

Courses are rearrangeable ONCE only, providing 7 days before the course date is given. Failure to attend the course, or to re-arrange with a minimum of 7 days notice will result in loss of payment. 

I am unable to teach your course safely if you arrive anymore than 30 minutes later than the start time and this will result in loss of deposit. 

You acknowledge and agree that you are only entitled to use such content and materials for the purpose of participating in the applicable course and for no other purpose. 

I do not warrant that the course content and materials will be error-free. 

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all course content and materials and to use such materials only for your own personal educational purposes. You may not share, distribute, or otherwise disclose any course content or materials to any third party without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of our course content and materials may result in immediate termination of your enrolment in the applicable course, and may also result in legal action against you for copyright infringement and other applicable claims.

In the event that you are dissatisfied with the course, please inform me promptly and provide me with the following details:

• The specific reasons why you believe i have not met your expectations;
• The relevant date, if applicable, of the issue;
• When and how you discovered the issue;
• The outcome of the issue;
• Your recommended course of action for me to take in order to rectify the matter and regain your trust.

In order to accomplish this, it is imperative that you reach out to me via email willowscosmetics@outlook.com by adding the sentence “Dissatisfaction with the Services” in the subject line.
